0.5 Salt
0.5 tbsp Baking powder
5 cl Water
5 cl Canola oil (or sunflower)
1 Egg
0.5 tbsp Vanilla essence
50 g Sugar
75 g Blueberries
0.5 tbsp Lemon zest
5 g Butter

Prepare the ingredients.

In a salad bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. In a different salad bowl, mix the water, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add the sugar and the dry ingredients Mix well. Add the blueberries and lemon zest.

Pour the mixture into the small buttered glass dishes. Place the sealed glass dishes inside the cooking pan with 200 ml of water.
